Riya kapoor biography books

This is a hard book to rate as I would rate Pride and Prejudice more than five stars if I could, and most of this book is straight from P&P.

But I cannot really recommend a book that is such a near copy of the original masterpiece but with so many added errors.

Riya Kapoor changed the names and set the story in India but otherwise the plot follows the original very closely. If you are as familiar with Pride and Prejudice as I am, you can open this book at any random page and instantly recognize which paragraph in the original it is derived from.

Some of the wordings are altered slightly, and the changes are rarely to the better or more easily understandable.

To what extent the weird word choices reflect Indian English usage I couldn't say but at least some changes certainly just look like a result of misunderstanding what Austen was tr
